Memorial Day

Memorial Day is a day of remembering and thanking the soldiers who have fought for our freedom. It also is I think the unofficial start to summer. We spent our Memorial Day weekend just trying to relax and have fun. Kallie sported her red, white and blue outfit her Me maw bought her. We blew bubbled, cooked out on our new gas grill and had fun. The park here offers movie nights on the weekends and the old tractor will come by and pick you up, if you would like a ride up to the theater. We had to take a picture, the gentleman driving the tractor had the biggest straw hat on I have ever seen. Hope everyone had a great Memorial Day weekend and remembered what the weekend was all about. I pray that we keep all our soldiers in our prayers, I am truly thankful we have soldiers willing to give their life for our freedom.
